Video systems can join directly into a Microsoft Teams meeting through the Video Integrations for Microsoft Teams (VIMT) service as long as the calling endpoint has been tagged with the Webex Org ID of that configured VIMT service.

There are 3 ways that the Org’s ID can be added:

1. Webex room device registered directly to Webex Cloud in Control Hub https://help.webex.com/n5pqqcm

3. For all SIP Video devices, configure the SIP proxy with a valid X.509 certificate that includes a Subject Alternate Name (SAN) of a Control Hub Verified Domain (e.g., the organization’s domain name) https://help.webex.com/nq6xdk7
