IM&P – Delete System Managed Domain

If there are accidently unwanted Domains under Presence – Domains you have two options to remove them:

  1. Locate the User with the wrong Domain on Presence Server (Topology – Users) and unassign the User.
  2. Restart the Sync Agent

If this not working:

  1. Go to Service Parameter on IMP server
  2. Choose Cisco Sync agent Service
  3. Set IM and Presence Domains Mode to Manual
  4. Remove the Domain and set back to Automatic (if needed)
  5. Restart the Sync Agent Service and Cisco XCP Router
